Need Priority

SETTING THE PRIORITY OF NEEDS

To be manageable, a micro-nation (M/N) should aim to agree upon at least three needs in the zip-code area as of the highest priority. The list will change over time as M/N members draw more information from the local residents. The website manager needs to post a page on each of the three priorities which explains the need, describes action being taken, and reports on progress made.

After selecting the priorities, the M/N then serves as a catalyst in drawing together action oriented lateral groups to join efforts to work on the priorities identified and avoid duplication of effort. The M/N then encourages vertical groups in the zip-code area to add to their agenda one or other of these priorities.
